Zap Group
is looking for a skilled and creative
Information Systems Developer
to join our R&D and business systems team.

This is a hands-on development role focused on building, customizing, and optimizing cutting-edge solutions on the
Microsoft Dynamics 365
platform - powering the digital backbone of Zap's business operations.

What you'll do:

  • Design and develop advanced features, components, and integrations within
    Dynamics 365
    and related
    Microsoft technologies
    .
  • Implement business logic, plugins, workflows, and automations using
    C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Power Automate
    .
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with internal and external systems through APIs, web services, and data pipelines.
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through clean architecture and best development practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-impact solutions on time.
  • Continuously explore new Microsoft tools and capabilities to improve system performance and innovation.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience
    in
    Dynamics 365 development
    – must.
  • Strong command of
    C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, Power Automate, and SQL Server
    .
  • Experience in
    customizing, extending, and integrating Dynamics 365
    (Sales, Service, or related modules).
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, and security principles.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with excellent problem-solving skills and passion for technology and innovation.
