NGSOFT is expanding its business development and sales operations and is looking for a
Sales Manager
with a proven track record in the IT world to lead strategic growth initiatives.

In this role, you will take full ownership of sales, marketing, and business development processes across NGSOFT's advanced digital solutions - while building strategic partnerships with leading tech vendors.

What You'll Do

  • Generate and manage
    high-quality leads
    and new business opportunities
  • Own the
    end-to-end sales cycle
    with enterprise, strategic, and government clients
  • Lead complex negotiations and drive
    high-value deal closures
  • Identify market trends and translate them into
    business growth opportunities
  • Manage
    RFP and tender processes
    across public and private sectors
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with top technology partners (Amazon, Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, and more)

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience
    in selling IT services
  • Proven experience in sales or sales management in
    Digital Solutions and/or Salesforce CRM
  • Strong background working with
    strategic clients and government organizations
  • Broad business understanding and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, charisma, and the ability to influence and drive decisions
