Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales & Customer Success Manager
based in Petah Tikva.
The main focus of this role is selling and growing
R&D extension and outstaffing engagements with startups and tech companies
. You will own the full cycle, from identifying and engaging new startup prospects, through building trust with founders and tech leaders, to managing the ongoing relationship and expanding existing teams over time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and engaging startups and tech companies that can benefit from R&D extension and outstaffing
- Leading the full sales process with founders, CTOs, VPs R&D and Product, including discovery, value proposition, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Understanding customers' product and engineering needs and translating them into tailored team structures and engagement models
- Owning the post-sale relationship, including onboarding new clients, setting expectations, and ensuring smooth integration of our teams into the customer's R&D
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers, driving satisfaction, retention, renewals, and team expansions
- Monitoring team performance and customer feedback, and proactively addressing risks or challenges
- Working closely with Delivery, Recruitment, and Management to ensure we meet both business and technical expectations
- Tracking pipeline, forecasting, and account growth KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success in technology
- Experience working with startups or growth-stage tech companies (must)
- Advantage: experience selling or managing outsourcing, outstaffing, or R&D extension services
- Strong understanding of the software development environment and roles (Development, QA, DevOps, Data, Product and similar)
- Proven track record in customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue or account growth
- Excellent relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders (founders, CTOs, VPs R&D and Product)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with pipeline, revenue, and account metrics
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, written and verbal
- Highly self-motivated, organized, service-oriented, and results-driven
- Experience working with CRM tools (for example HubSpot or Salesforce) is an advantage
