תיאור המשרה אחראי.ת על הובלת הפעילות התקשורתית-שיווקית של החברה – לרבות, ניהול הנוכחות הדיגיטלית ברשתות, יצירה וניהול תוכן והפקת חומרים, תמיכה בתקשורת פנים ארגונית, ביצוע קמפיינים ותמיכה במכירות – כחלק ממערך שיווק אסטרטגי תומך צמיחה. תחומי אחריות עיקריים יצירה וניהול תוכן שיווקי בנית אסטרטגיית תוכן ותכנית דיגיטל שנתית יצירה וניהול תוכן ויזואלי וטקסטואלי, מותאם לפלטפורמות השונות – מאמרים, סרטוני מוצר, סיפורי לקוח, פרזנטציות, תכנים לאתר ודפי נחיתה שותפות בניהול ספקים- מעצבים, עורכי וידאו, כותבי תוכן, מפיקים התאמה מקומית לחומרי שיווק גלובליים סיוע בהפקת חומרים שיווקיים: שילוט, ברושורים, מתנות, תכנים למיילים ולרשתות, חומרים ממותגים למפגשי לקוחות ניהול והוצאה לפועל של ניוזלטר ארגוני ניהול ערוצי תוכן ודיגיטל: תחזוק המותג בפלטפורמות רלוונטיות ניהול אתר ניהול וביצוע פעילות הסושיאל לרבות ניהול נוכחות בקבוצות וקהילות רלוונטיות הכשרה וגיוס עובדים להתנהלות ברשתות והעצמת המותג שותפות בתכנון, ביצוע ואופטימיזציה של קמפיינים דיגיטליים (ממומנים ואורגניים) בניית מסעות לקוח– כולל שיווק אוטומטי וניתוח נתוני התנהגות עבודה עם מערכות שיווק Marketing Automation, CRM, SEO/SEM, Analytics ועוד תחומים נוספים: שותפות בניהול וטיפוח של קהילה דיגיטלית סביב המותג ושמירה ע חיבור מתמשך בין החברה לבין חברי הקהילה. עבודה בצמוד למנהל הקהילה. תמיכה בקידום תקשורת פנימית והעברת מסרים לעובדים, תמיכה בגיוס עובדים ומחוברות עובדים דרישות התפקיד ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים לפחות בתפקיד תקשורת שיווקית Marcom /– חובה.

ניסיון קודם בתחום ההייטק או בתעשיית תוכנה B2B – יתרון משמעותי. יכולת כתיבה וניסוח שיווקי ברמה גבוהה מאוד – בעברית ובאנגלית (חובה). ניסיון בהפקת חומרי שיווק, ניהול ספקים, תכנון קמפיינים וניהול סושיאל. הבנה גרפית וניסיון בעבודה מול מעצבים ומערכות כמו Canva / Adobe – יתרון.

גישה פרואקטיבית, יכולת ניהול עצמאית של משימות, ירידה לפרטים ויחסי אנוש מצוינים. תואר ראשון בתקשורת, שיווק, מדעי החברה או תחום רלוונטי – חובה. מיומנויות החברה יכולות תקשורת מובהקות בע"פ ובכתב תשומת לב לפרטים יכולות למידה מהירה ועצמאית יצירתיות ברמה גבוהה תודעת שירות גבוהה "ראש גדול", יוזמה ומוטיבציה פרטים כלליים עובד.ת חברה, משרדי החברה ברעננה משרה מלאה במודל עבודה היברידי כפיפות למנהלת שיווק
