Chief Executive Officer
to lead the company into its next era of growth.

With 10+ locations nationwide, a central production factory, thriving B2B channels, a successful platters & catering division, and major expansion plans in Israel and abroad — this role sits at the heart of a dynamic, creative, and powerful organization.

We are searching for a CEO with proven experience scaling multi-unit hospitality groups, managing large teams, and driving strategic and operational excellence across multiple business verticals.

About the Role

The CEO will be responsible for running
all segments of the Greco Group
, ensuring operational excellence, sustainable growth, and brand strength across all touchpoints.

This includes full leadership over:

• Marketing & Brand Strategy
• Sales & Revenue Growth
• Restaurant Operations (10+ locations)
• Central Factory Production & Logistics
• Events & Hospitality Platters Division
• B2B & Corporate Sales
• Expansion, New Concepts & Business Development
• International Franchising & Partnerships

The CEO will lead the executive team, report directly to ownership, and work closely with internal and external partners to push Greco to new heights — locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision

• Build and execute a long-term strategic plan that strengthens profitability, operational efficiency, and brand growth.
• Identify and lead expansion opportunities domestically and internationally (new restaurants, franchising, strategic partnerships).
• Maintain and elevate Greco's position as the leading Greek hospitality brand in Israel.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily performance of all Greco restaurants, ensuring consistency, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Lead the factory's production, logistics, and supply chain strategies to support fast growth and product excellence.
• Implement systems, KPIs, and processes that ensure scalable operations.

Sales, Marketing & Growth

• Drive all revenue channels — restaurants, delis, factory, events, hospitality platters, and B2B.
• Lead the marketing team and performance agencies to strengthen digital presence, CRM, loyalty, and brand storytelling.
• Develop sales strategies for B2B, corporate, supermarkets, and strategic partners.

Team Leadership & Culture

• Build a strong leadership team and foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and excellence.
• Manage departmental leaders (operations, HR, marketing, finance, events, factory, expansion).
• Ensure Greco remains a people-first company with high retention and strong employee engagement.

Financial Management

• Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for all business units.
• Work closely with finance to optimize costs, margins, and long-term profitability.

Requirements

• 7+ years in senior leadership, ideally CEO/COO/VP Operations of a restaurant/hospitality/multi-unit group.
• Proven track record scaling a brand and leading multiple business units.
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations, supply chain, production, and hospitality.
• Strong financial literacy and experience owning complex P&Ls.
• Visionary thinker with exceptional execution and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead with creativity, empathy, and strategic clarity in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in franchising, international expansion, or B2B sales — a major advantage.
• Fluent Hebrew; strong English.
