GO-OUT is the global leader in AI-powered embedded-finance software for live events. With customers across 14+ countries and rapid international expansion, we're transforming how sports teams, festivals, and venues operate, sell, and connect with their fans.

Now we're looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the next phase of GO-OUT's growth. As our first senior marketing hire, you'll own the company's entire marketing engine—brand, growth, communications, partnerships, and community. You'll work directly with the CEO and CPO to craft the narrative, scale our user base, strengthen our global footprint, and build a category-defining brand.

What you'll do:

  • Define and execute GO-OUT's global marketing & sales strategy across B2B (sports teams, festival organizers) and B2C (fans, ticket buyers).
  • Own acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels across all markets.
  • Lead our organic growth ecosystem: SEO, blog, app store optimization, affiliate frameworks, viral loops, and more.
  • Lead our organic growth ecosystem: SEO, blog, app store optimization, aCraft GO-OUT's brand story and value narrative for sports teams, festivals, and fans.
  • Lead storytelling across all channels—including PR, social, content, and partnerships.
  • Translate insights into clear marketing strategies and strategic positioning.
  • Collaborate daily with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to accelerate adoption and maximize customer value.
  • Drive cross-functional GTMs for new capabilities, financial products, and vertical expansions.
  • Build tailored localization sales & marketing strategies for Europe, the Middle East, and the US markets.

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years of marketing leadership experience (B2B2C, fintech, or consumer apps preferred).
  • Proven track record of owning growth KPIs and scaling revenue across multiple channels.
  • Brand & storytelling excellence - you know how to build a magnetic narrative that wins both minds and hearts.
  • Data-driven mindset with mastery of analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, attribution systems).
  • Experience in global markets and cross-cultural marketing.
  • Hands-on operator - execute fast, test constantly, and thrive in high-velocity environments.
  • Fluent in English + Hebrew.
