Role Summary

As our CMO, you will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing strategy—overseeing Performance Marketing, Creative Management, Product Marketing & Assets, Data-Driven Decision Making, and Brand Management. You will drive lead generation, elevate brand authority, and optimize the whole customer journey from awareness to conversion. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be empowered to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, maximize ROI across channels, and position our brand for sustained growth in highly competitive U.S. real estate markets while strengthening employer branding in Israel.

Key Responsibilities

1.
Performance Marketing

  • Drive lead generation through multi-channel campaigns: digital (Google, Meta, SEO, programmatic), offline (TV, radio, CTV), and outbound (cold calling).
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI across all acquisition channels.
  • Define clear KPIs for lead quality, cost per lead, contracts, and closed deals.

Creative Management

  • Oversee the in-house creative team and agency partners to produce high-impact copy, visuals, video, and AI-driven UGC.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Balance brand-building campaigns with direct-response initiatives.

Product Marketing & Assets

  • Own and manage all marketing assets: websites, landing pages, funnels, collateral, and the full marketing technology stack.
  • Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure assets align with customer journeys and conversion goals.
  • Continuously optimize websites and funnels for performance and user experience.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Leverage analytics, attribution, CRM, and AI-driven insights to guide marketing strategy.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Work with Finance to measure marketing ROI and forecast growth.

Brand Management

  • Lead DTC brand positioning and messaging to build trust, authority, and differentiation in competitive U.S. markets.
  • Oversee PR, social media, content marketing, and authority-building initiatives.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives in Israel to attract top talent.

6.
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

  • Work closely with the CEO and other executive leaders to ensure overarching strategic alignment.
  • Liaise with CTO, Product/Technology, and other key functions to ensure smooth integration of new initiatives and market expansion plans.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a senior marketing leader, ideally in performance-driven industries (real estate, proptech, e-commerce, or related).
  • Experience managing large multi-disciplinary teams (15+) and external agencies.
  • Expertise in both online and offline acquisition channels.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and ability to use insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for messaging, storytelling, and brand building.
  • Familiarity with U.S. real estate or property-related industries is a strong plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), and emerging AI solutions is a plus, especially in the context of real estate transactions and analysis.
  • Ability to integrate technology solutions into revenue processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field – required.

  • MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline – strong advantage.
  • Advanced training or certifications in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Data Analytics – a plus.
