We're Hiring: Head of Commercial & Growth (CRO)

Tel Aviv, Israel | Full-time (On-site, Fridays from home)

A leading group is seeking an experienced
Head of Commercial & Growth (CRO)
to take full ownership of the revenue engine, with a strong focus on
traffic acquisition, monetization, analytics, and operations
. This role is ideal for someone who has already held a similar leadership position in the
performance marketing / fintech / trading
ecosystem and is ready to deliver 10/10 results.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end revenue cycle: acquisition, monetization, analytics, operations.
  • Lead and mentor teams across Affiliates, Advertising, Analytics, and Back Office.
  • Manage full P&L responsibility, pricing, margins, and deal execution.
  • Drive aggressive revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
  • Build and expand both supply (traffic sources) and demand (brands/clients).
  • Ensure compliance, brand safety, and fraud prevention.
  • Work closely with the CEO on strategy, targets, and execution.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a
similar CRO / Head of Commercial role
in performance-driven organizations (Forex/Fintech)

Strong
commercial & sales orientation
, not afraid of targets or KPIs.

Deep knowledge of traffic acquisition, affiliate networks, and monetization models (CPA/CPL/RevShare).

Highly analytical, data-driven decision-making.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach managers and teams.

Excellent English (written & spoken).


Compensation
: 20,000–25,000 ILS base + commissions.

Fridays from home, Sundays are not formal workdays but the role requires
around-the-clock availability
