תחום משאבי הארגון ב-MAX אחראים על תפעול ותחזוקת תשתיות הארגון, תחומי האחריות שלנו כוללים:

  • ניהול פרויקטי חשמל ותשתיות מקצה לקצה
  • אחריות מלאה על התשתיות ומערכות קריטיות לדוגמא: Data Center, לוחות חשמל, גנרטורים, מערכות UPS , מיזוג אוויר, אינסטלציה ועוד – תוך שמירה על רציפות עסקית
  • ניהול פרויקטי בינוי החל משלב אפיון צרכים, תכנון לוז ותכלול הפרויקט אל מול כל הממשקים הרלוונטיים
  • אחריות על מערך האחזקה השוטפת והמונעת בארגון
  • פיקוח על תהליכים תפעוליים, שיפור והתייעלות מתמדת של השירותים הלוגיסטיים וסביבת העובד בחברה
  • הבטחת עמידה בתקני ISO ובדרישות רגולטוריות, תוך שמירה על המשכיות עסקית בארגון

מה אנחנו מחפשים?

  • חשמלאי מוסמך/ הנדסאי חשמל – חובה
  • ניסיון בפרויקטים תפעוליים בעולמות החשמל והתשתיות משלב ההקמה ועד לסיום – חובה.
  • ניסיון מחברות גדולות הכוללות לפחות כ-1000 עובדים ו-20,000 מ"ר לפחות - חובה
  • ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות אלקטרומכניות ומערכות קריטיות להמשכיות עסקית, לדוגמא:Data Center, מערכות גיבוי חשמל - חובה
  • ניסיון בניהול ספקים וקבלנים התנהלות מול ממשקים פנימיים וחוץ ארגוניים – חובה
  • ניסיון בייעול תהליכי עבודה - שיפור וייעול תהליכים לוגיסטיים תפעולים בין היתר לצורך אופטימיזציה של עלויות
  • נדרשת זמינות למענה בסופ"ש במקרים של פגיעה בהמשכיות העסקית.
