Talent Acquisition Technical Recruite

  • :Manage the full talent acquisition recruitment process from A-Z, handling both Israel and global hires
  • .Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners, providing support and advice at every stage of the process
  • .Develop efficient sourcing tools and methods
  • .Maintain the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) daily and take an active role in the transition to a new system
  • .Design, plan, and execute selection processes, including conducting interviews, screening calls, and reliability tests, while strictly adhering to Netafim's hiring processes and procedures
  • .Support and participate in other talent acquisition domains, such as academic partnerships, referrals, internal mobility, employer branding, and diversity initiatives
  • .Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process and propose "out-of-the-box" solutions to address crucial and urgent recruitment needs
  • .Maintain and improve the candidate experience
  • .Meet and exceed individual and team recruiting KPIs
  • .Attend career and academic fairs, and other relevant events
  • .Collaborate with and provide backup and support to other members of the recruitment team
  • .Report directly to and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Director

Required Qualification

  • s:At least 4 years of technical talent acquisition experience in a large, global organizatio
  • n.BA in human resources or a relevant field; MA is an advantag
  • e.Experience in a similar industr
  • y.Experience with the full talent acquisition lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and mor
  • e.Proficiency in the use of social media, headhunting tools, and job board
  • s.Strong understanding of selection methods and techniques, with familiarity of ATS and other HR system
  • s.A collaborative team player who can work effectively on multiple assignments in a team environmen
  • t.Ability to multitask and effectively organize workloa
  • d.Excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and proactivenes
  • s.Proficiency in Microsoft Offic
  • e.Experienced, composed, and able to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment with a sense of urgenc
