Role Summary
As our
Demand Generation Lead
, you will architect and ignite the engine that powers Sensos' global growth. This is a hands-on role focused on designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that build awareness, generate qualified leads, and convert them into opportunities. You'll partner closely with Sales and Marketing to deliver measurable pipeline growth and fuel the company's global scale-up journey.
Success will be measured by:
- % of marketing-sourced pipeline
- MQL → SQL conversion rates
- Campaign ROI & cost per opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (digital, paid, content, webinars, events, ABM).
- Build and manage lead nurture flows, scoring, and routing to Sales.
- Partner with Sales on account strategies and alignment.
- Monitor and optimize funnel performance (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline).
- Leverage HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytics to scale campaigns and track ROI.
What We're Looking For
Hard Skills:
- 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing (SaaS/IoT/logistics preferred).
- Proven track record driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution and campaign ROI.
Soft Skills:
- Strategic thinker, hands-on executor.
- Strong communicator and collaborator with Sales.
- Data-driven, results-oriented, thrives in fast-moving scale-up environments.
