Each organization has a different usage and marketing context, but all rely on one shared platform. We are now looking to strengthen our
B2C growth activity
, deepen engagement with end users, and improve overall profitability.
Role Definition
Lead and execute Nexus's
B2C Growth and Marketing activity
, with a clear focus on increasing usage, conversions, and profitability.
The role includes building, managing, and optimizing
data-driven marketing systems
based on segmentation, automation, and lifecycle thinking; planning and running
seasonal and cross-organization campaigns
; and working closely with the product to connect value propositions with monetization — with full ownership of real business results.

Required Experience
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in
Digital Marketing / Growth / B2C Marketing - Hands-on experience with
customer clubs, loyalty programs, or consumer communities - Strong familiarity with
E-commerce environments - Planning and managing
seasonal campaigns
(holidays, sales periods, consumer events)
- Experience with
CRM, marketing automation, and funnels
- Practical understanding of
measurement, profitability, and ROI
- Proven ability to own
business KPIs
and influence outcomes
Strong Advantages
- CRO / UX mindset for improving conversion
- Building automations with
Make / Zapier - Advanced use of
AI tools
for marketing and operations
- Hands-on paid acquisition experience (Meta, Google)
- Experience building
scalable marketing systems
(not one-off campaigns)
- Working with multiple audiences or organizations on a single platform
- Familiarity with
Wix, InforU, SendPulse, Monday
- Experience working with
startups or fast-growing companies
and managing lean, changing budgetsץ
Compensation & Engagement Model
Nexus is an
early-stage, bootstrapped company
, and we want to be transparent:there is
no high base retainer at this stage
. We expect the time and effort required to reach jointly defined goals.At minimum, this role requires
one full working day per week
, with real involvement, availability, and ownership.
That said, there is real upside.
Our platform currently aggregates an engaged audience of
~100,000 community members
, with the ability to market discounted products and services where demand already exists — across different margins and verticals — on a single infrastructure. This creates strong opportunities for experimentation, optimization, and
meaningful monetization
.
We are looking for a long-term partner and are open to building a
generous, success-based compensation model
that grows with results.
Engagement can be based on one or a combination of:
- A basic monthly retainer / Per-campaign compensation
- Significant success-based fees
tied to performance and profitability
