Tadmor's demo company is seeking a dynamic and strategic Management Vice President of Human Resources to lead our HR initiatives and drive organizational growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices and a track record of fostering a positive workplace culture while effectively managing talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. This leadership role requires a visionary thinker who can align HR goals with business objectives and enhance overall organizational performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development programs to ensure the acquisition and retention of top talent.
  • Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create a performance management system that drives accountability and results.
  • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain employees.
  • Analyze HR metrics and develop data-driven strategies to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR team.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
