We're looking for an
experienced Strategic Account Manager
to lead key international client relationships and drive excellence across our global operations.

This is a
high-impact leadership role
for someone with strong
customer success expertise

business and financial acumen
, and the proven ability to
stabilize, strengthen, and grow complex client partnerships
through data-driven strategy and operational precision.

You'll work directly with
senior management
, managing large-scale accounts across multiple time zones, and play a pivotal role in delivering measurable business results.

About the Role

You'll oversee a
diverse portfolio of strategic global clients
— spanning
Australia and New Zealand in the early morning through to the U.S. in the evening
— ensuring consistent service, transparency, and performance.

This position combines
relationship leadership, business analysis, and strategic problem-solving
at the highest level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and strengthening partnerships with
    major international clients
    , ensuring excellence and long-term success.
  • Managing a
    large-scale, data-driven portfolio
    with complex requirements and high performance objectives.
  • Reporting directly to
    senior leadership
    , providing insights, analysis, and growth recommendations.
  • Implementing
    customer success and retention frameworks
    that enhance satisfaction, efficiency, and loyalty.
  • Managing the
    financial, operational, and contractual dimensions
    of client accounts with precision.
  • Leveraging
    CRM, Excel, and AI-based tools
    (including GPT and automation systems) to optimize workflows and reporting.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, finance, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and impact.
  • Acting as a strategic liaison during moments of change, ensuring smooth transitions and continued client confidence.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in
    strategic account management or customer success
    across
    international markets

  • Strong record in
    building trust, delivering results, and managing complex client relationships
    .
  • Financially minded
    , analytical thinker with experience managing KPIs, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Advanced
    Excel and CRM skills
    ; experience with automation or AI tools is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of
    trade, contracts, and business operations
    .
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent
    English
    (near-native); additional languages a plus.
  • Flexible working hours
