חברת סייבר מובילה מחפשת CISO מנוסה שיצטרף לצוות וילווה את לקוחותינו כ-CISO חיצוני (CISO as a Service)

. התפקיד כולל אחריות כוללת על ניהול הסייבר והרגולציה של ארגוני SMB ו-SME, עם השפעה ישירה על מוכנות הארגון לאיומים ואירועי סייבר.

תחומי אחריות:


• ניהול אסטרטגיית אבטחת מידע בארגונים שונים.


• כתיבת מדיניות, נהלים, תוכניות עבודה וסקרי סיכונים.


• ליווי בתהליכי עמידה ברגולציות כמו GDPR, ISO27001, NIST, DORA ועוד.


• הכנה לביקורות פנים וחוץ (רגולטורים, מבקרים, לקוחות).


• הובלת תרגילי סייבר ברמת הנהלה.


• מתן מענה וייעוץ במקרה של אירוע סייבר (IR).


• ליווי והדרכת הנהלה, עובדים וצוותי IT.

דרישות:


• לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בתפקיד CISO או ייעוץ אבטחת מידע בארגוני SMB/SME.


• היכרות עמוקה עם רגולציות מקומיות ובינלאומיות.


• ניסיון בכתיבה וניהול של מסמכי מדיניות, נוהל, תוכנית עבודה וסקרי סיכונים.


• יכולת להוביל תהליכים ארגוניים מול גורמי ניהול, IT ודירקטוריון.


• תקשורת בין-אישית מצוינת ויכולת עבודה עצמאית מול מספר לקוחות במקביל.


• נכונות לנסיעות לאתרי לקוחות (ברחבי הארץ).

• הסמכות מקצועיות: CISM / CISA / CISSP / ISO Lead Auditor.


• רקע טכנולוגי (פיתוח, תשתיות, סיסטם).


• ניסיון קודם בתפקידי שירות לקוחות/ייעוץ.
