hands-on Marketing Manager
— a strategic thinker who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves, drive impactful campaigns, and deliver real results.

We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands digital performance marketing inside out, and knows how to turn strategy into measurable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and execute the company's end-to-end digital marketing strategy.
  • Manage high-performing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to generate quality B2B leads.
  • Develop and implement
    inbound marketing
    processes: content creation, marketing automation, newsletters, and nurturing flows.
  • Create and manage marketing content — blog posts, landing pages, presentations, videos, and social media.
  • Strengthen brand presence through events, communities, and strategic partnerships.
  • Measure, analyze, and continuously optimize marketing performance in collaboration with sales and product teams.
  • Take ownership of cross-organizational marketing projects and emerging initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in
    digital marketing
    , with a strong focus on
    Performance / PPC
    .
  • Proven experience in
    B2B marketing
    — a big plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, independence, and a passion for getting things done.
  • Excellent marketing copywriting skills (Hebrew and English).
  • Experience with
    marketing automation tools
    (HubSpot / ActiveCampaign or similar).
  • Strong analytical orientation and understanding of
    data-driven marketing
    .
  • Experience managing marketing events and professional conferences.
  • Deep understanding of
    financial or payments ecosystems
    — a strong advantage.
