Role Description

We are seeking an Event Manager to oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of events at Catch D.I - Events Production. This full-time, on-site position in Tel Aviv involves working closely with clients, managing event logistics, coordinating teams, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines, and delivering events that run smoothly. The Event Manager will be responsible for developing detailed plans, coordinating with vendors, supervising event setups, and ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with the client's vision and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Event planning and management skills, including creating event budgets, developing schedules, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth logistics.
  • Proficiency in sourcing vendors and managing coordination, contract management, and budget management with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain client relationships and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in on-site event execution and familiarity with event production tools and technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with flexibility and adaptability to handle changes.
  • Fluency in English is a plus (additional languages are an advantage), and a solid understanding of the events industry landscape.
