ORTRA a leading company specializing in the management and production of conferences, exhibitions, and professional events is looking for a
Project Manager
with strong leadership skills, a systemic perspective, and proven project management capabilities.

This role involves full responsibility for planning and executing conferences and events from concept to on-site delivery – including client management, budget control, suppliers, and broad logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of complex, content-based professional conferences
  • Ongoing client relations: meetings, coordination, and periodic reporting
  • Budget planning, negotiations, and approval of price offers
  • Working with suppliers and service providers – from planning to on-site execution
  • Coordinating with all involved stakeholders
  • Leading event days, including team management and on-site operations
  • Full responsibility for timelines, budget, and project goals

What We're Looking For:

  • Significant experience in managing events, conferences, and professional exhibitions – advantage for candidates with several years of experience in an event/conference management company
  • Strong organizational, planning, and management skills
  • Experience working with clients, suppliers, and multiple teams
  • Teamwork skills and proven experience in negotiations with suppliers
  • Hebrew and English at a very high level; additional languages – an advantage
  • Experience in budget management and negotiations
  • Excellent service orientation and ability to multitask
  • Full proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with – advantage
  • Familiarity with AI tools – advantage
  • Relevant academic education – advantage

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours
