Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Haifa.

In this role, you will manage customer accounts, generate and follow up on leads, and provide outstanding customer service.

You will work closely with our international sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
  • Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding products, prices, availability, uses, and credit terms.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
  • Identify prospective customers through business directories, referrals, participation in organizations and clubs, and attending conferences.
  • Prepare drawings, estimates, and bids tailored to customer requirements.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, competitors' products, prices, and sales.
  • Perform administrative duties such as preparing sales budgets, reports, and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Train customers' employees on quality procedures when required.
  • Prepare sales contracts and order forms.
  • Negotiate contract details and payment terms.
  • Forward orders to manufacturers for processing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Account Management.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and negotiation abilities.
  • Full proficiency in English – reading, writing, and speaking – required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High motivation, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
