We are looking for a The Front Desk and Documentation Representative is responsible for release delivery orders and invoices for ZIM Customers.

B/L and invoices

§ Provide frontal Customer service support regarding printing and releasing export bills of lading.

§ Print all export bills of lading and invoices after vessel departure.

§ Prepare "Captain mails" and Documents for our agents overseas. 

§ Ongoing correspondence with agents and Customers via phone/mails.

§ Personal contact with export customers Update telex release.

Requirements

· Academic education – a must

· years of experience in customer service / back office sales - a must

· Good knowledge of the shipping industry-an advantage

· High level of spoken and written English - a must

· Mastery of Microsoft Office tools
