Customer Success Specialist
to join our team
What you'll do:
- Support onboarding & implementation for schools and municipalities.
- Provide excellent ongoing client support and training.
- Troubleshoot first-level technical issues environment).
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Content teams.
- Help shape our customer journey and ensure client success.
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years in Customer Success / Support / Implementation – preferably in SaaS or EdTech.
- Basic technical background
– Java / / API familiarity. - Strong communication & organizational skills.
- Passion for innovation and impact in education.
- Native-level Hebrew & strong English.
- Willingness to travel to client sites occasionally.
