לנאייקס ישראל דרוש\ה Customer Success Manager לניהול וליווי לקוחות חדשים ולקוחות אסטרטגיים, עם דגש על יצירת ערך מתמשך, שימור לקוחות והרחבת ההכנסות. התפקיד משלב הבנה טכנית עם ראייה עסקית וכולל אחריות מלאה על ניהול מחזור חיי הלקוח – משלב ה-Onboarding ועד לצמיחה ו-Upsell

תחומי אחריות:

  • ניהול לקוחות חדשים – אחריות על קליטה, הדרכה וליווי בשלב ההטמעה.
  • הגדלת מכירות קיימות (Upsell / Cross-sell) – זיהוי הזדמנויות עסקיות ושדרוג היקף הפעילות.
  • ליווי לקוחות אסטרטגיים – שמירה על שביעות רצון גבוהה והבטחת ערך מתמשך.
  • מעקב שוטף אחר פעילות הלקוחות ונקודות מפתח .
  • מתן מענה טכני-עסקי – כולל פתרון בעיות, עבודה מול צוותי פיתוח/תמיכה ותיאום צרכים.
  • ניהול תקשורת רציפה עם מקבלי החלטות אצל הלקוח.
  • קביעת פגישות שבועיות הכולל שימור לקוח וחיזוק קשרים

Requirements:

  • ניסיון קודם בתפקיד טכני-שירותי (כגון: תמיכה טכנית, Customer Support או Customer Success) – יתרון לניסיון בחברות המשלבות חומרה ותוכנה.
  • יכולת למידה מהירה והבנה טכנית טובה.
  • פרואקטיביות, יכולת זיהוי בעיות ומתן פתרונות יצירתיים.
  • כישורי תקשורת מצוינים בכתב ובע"פ, כולל ניהול קשר שוטף עם לקוחות עסקיים.
  • יכולת עבודה עצמאית ובמקביל שיתוף פעולה עם צוותים שונים בארגון.
  • אנגלית ברמה טובה.
