We are seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our leading team at The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting and guiding our customers through the implementation and management of our service systems, with a focus on managing digital centers and continuously improving the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • :Work directly with company clients to deeply understand their needs and guide them in optimal use of the Commbox system
  • .Assist clients in building key service processes in the digital world and integrating the system into existing centers
  • .Manage implementation processes, provide technical and strategic support, and resolve issues in real-time
  • .Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction
  • .Collaborate with development, marketing, and sales teams to enhance and tailor the product to meet customer needs
  • .Analyze data and generate performance reports to improve processes and systems

Requirement

  • s:3+ years of experience as a CSM in a B2B SaaS compan
  • y.5+ years of experience in managing service centers and implementing service systems - Advantag
  • e.Significant advantage for experience in managing digital service center
  • s.Ability to work independently and lead projects efficientl
  • y.Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • s.Technical knowledge and the ability to quickly learn new software system
  • s.Problem-solving skills and strategic thinkin
