We're not looking for "just another support manager." We are looking for someone who owns customer success from end-to-end, encompassing onboarding, integrations, support, and long-term growth. You'll be the trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring they succeed at every stage.

We value ownership, client obsession, and technical problem-solving:

● Lead onboarding and integrations, including API/ERP setups and go-live success.

● Build deep client relationships, driving adoption, retention, and growth.

● Proactively identify and execute on
upsell and cross-sell opportunities
to expand account value.

● Provide hands-on support (Tier 1–3), troubleshooting issues via Intercom and Jira.

● Act as the voice of the customer with Product & R&D, shaping our roadmap.

● Run account reviews and QBRs to showcase value and identify growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

● 2–3 years in Customer Success / Account Management (B2B SaaS/Fintech a plus).

● Technical experience with APIs, onboarding, and ERP systems.

● Familiarity with Intercom, Jira, and client-facing troubleshooting.

● Strong communicator with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once - planning timelines, tracking progress, coordinating across teams, and driving seamless execution from kickoff to delivery.

● A
