התפקיד דינמי, רב- ממשקי, הדורש יכולות אופרטיביות וביצועיסטיות גבוהות ותודעת שירות גבוהה.

תחומי אחריות:

1.    

שימור, פיתוח והגדלת הפעילות העסקית (B2B) מול לקוחות קיימים.

2. אחריות על תפעול ומתן שירות משלב הבקשה להצעת מחיר, דרך תהליך המו"מ ועד קבלת ההזמנה.

3.    

איתור לקוחות ופרויקטים פוטנציאליים בשווקים קיימים וחדשים.

4.    

הבנת צרכי לקוח והתאמת פתרונות תמחוריים, הנדסיים ולוגיסטיים בתחום המעגלים המודפסים.

5.    

ממשקי עבודה מגוונים פנים וחוץ ארגוניים.

דרישות
:

  • יתרון- ניסיון של 2-3 שנים בתפקידים דומים מעולמות השירות/ ניהול תיקי לקוחות/ רקע מסחרי.

  • יכולת ירידה לפרטים וקפדנות בביצוע המשימות ופתרון בעיות שוטפות תוך שמירה על שביעות רצון הלקוח.

  • תודעת שירות גבוהה ומיומנויות תקשורת גבוהות.

  • יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ תוך תעדוף משימות וקבלת החלטות מורכבות.

  • היכרות עם מערכות מידע בדגש על CRM בדגש על תהליכי מכירה ותפעול.

  • תהליך הכשרה משמעותי הדורש יכולות למידה גבוהות ומהירות וכולל ניתוח, הבנה ולוגיקה תמחוריים.

- אנגלית - ברמה טובה - כתיבה, קריאה ודיבור.
