Wanted:
Creative & Content Designer

for a mobile entertainment platform company in the AdTech industry. This is a very rewarding full-time position in Tel Aviv.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of

performance-driven creativity, data fluency, and production excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (UA, Monetization, Product, and

Marketing) to craft high-performing ads that drive acquisition, engagement, and

awareness.

● Design high-quality 2D/3D assets for user acquisition campaigns, CRM, in-app UX/UI

elements, and social media (including banners and short-form videos).

● Demonstrate strong skills in design, drawing, color, composition, typography, and

conceptual ideation, with deep expertise in video editing and resizing.

● Partner with teams across Product, Content, Marketing, and Monetization to ensure

creative execution aligns with business objectives and brand strategy.

● Translate abstract concepts into compelling, audience-focused visual narratives.

● Lead the full creative process—from concept, script, and storyboard to final

delivery—producing video content and visual assets that engage audiences while

supporting both short-term goals and long-term strategy.

● Manage workflows, reviews, and asset pipelines using tools such as Jira, Trello, or

Notion.

● Conduct ongoing competitive research to stay ahead of design trends, leveraging AI to

keep visuals fresh, innovative, and aligned with the evolving market.

Job Requirements:

● 3+ years of hands-on experience in creative roles involving video production, motion

design, visual branding, or storytelling, preferably in mobile apps. (Must-have)

● Expertise in After Effects, creating motion graphics, visual effects, and dynamic video

content for campaigns and in-app experiences. (Must-have)

● Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, storytelling, and digital campaign design.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).

● Strong sense of visual storytelling, hierarchy, and emotional pacing in short-form

content.

● Experience with AI-powered creative production.
