Role Description

This is a full-time Technical Support Specialist role located on-site in the North District, Israel. The Specialist will provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through problem resolution and guidance. Responsibilities include analyzing technical problems, answering support inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences and manage technical issues efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve system issues effectively
  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide excellent service and resolve inquiries professionally
  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and identifying root causes of technical challenges
  • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in the North District, Israel
  • Technical background or relevant experience in dairy farm equipment is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic environments
