We are looking for a super-talented office manager, with a big head and a desire to be a part of our success.

What are the areas of responsibility expected of you?

  • Administrative management of the office:
    Taking care of the ongoing operation of the office, managing a complex schedule, coordinating meetings, handling accounting and payroll, recruiting and hiring processes, and more.
  • Handling company's customers:
    Excellent, courteous and professional service, welcoming, answering phones and emails, following up and responding to leads.
  • Supplier management:
    Ongoing dealings with the office's service providers, including handling payments.
  • Team support:
    Assisting managers and employees in all administrative matters, ongoing handling of employee welfare and organizing company events.

What qualities would we like you to have:

  • Patience, courtesy and love of people
  • Excellent English
  • Previous experience in the field (at least 2-3 years)
  • Knowledge and familiarity with HubSpot, Jira, accounting systems (invoice production, etc.), and Microsoft Office
  • Availability for a full-time position, Sun-Thu 09:00-18:00 (one-day hybrids per week)

Hod Hasharon

The position is a replacement for maternity leave with an option to become permanent at the end of six months.
