About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Tier 1 Support Engineer to provide technical support for our products, primarily through chat communication. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about technology to grow their career in technical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support primarily through chat, with occasional phone and email support
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in our products
  • Collaborate with development and product teams on recurring issues
  • Document customer inquiries and issues in our ticket management system

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication
  • Strong technology orientation and interest in learning new systems
  • Quick learning ability and problem-solving attitude
  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills
  • Previous technical support experience - a plus
  • Basic networks/operating systems knowledge - a plus
  • Financial/fintech familiarity - a plus
