About The Role:
We are looking for a strategic, performance-driven, and highly motivated Head of Sales to lead our B2C acquisition operations with a strong emphasis on the U.S. real estate market. This key leadership role involves managing and mentoring sales teams, optimizing acquisition funnels, and working closely with senior executives to scale our growth.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in B2C sales, thrives in fast-paced global environments, and is passionate about building high-performing teams through effective training, technology, and hands-on leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage acquisition-focused sales teams and their direct managers to drive conversion of qualified leads and revenue growth. Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing development of sales representatives.
- Provide real-time coaching, and implement best-in-class sales methodologies.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with broader company goals
- Facilitate weekly training sessions to ensure consistency, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for team leaders, supporting operational decision-making and performance troubleshooting.
- Optimize sales operations using CRM tools, automation platforms, and performance analytics.
Contribute meaningfully to the company's scaling efforts and market expansion.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of proven experience in managing B2C sales
- At least 4 years of experience in managing sales teams
- Fluent English
- Experience working in a global environment
- Proven track record in managing managers and leading cross-functional sales operations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong operational mindset with a focus on process improvement, scale, and efficiency.
- High technological orientation – hands-on with CRM systems and automation tools and AI tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Proven experience in high-ticket sales
- Familiarity with the U.S. real estate market - a significant advantage.
