senior, innovative Programmatic leader

to drive strategy, scale growth, and shape the future of our programmatic offering.

We're redefining programmatic advertising by combining cutting-edge ad tech with deep industry expertise. We're scaling fast and looking for a visionary leader to take full ownership of our programmatic business line, drive optimization, and create new initiatives for growth.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, refine, and expand the programmatic strategy and monetization roadmap.
• Manage campaigns across DSPs/SSPs, oversee Header Bidding and implementations.
• Collaborate with engineering for seamless integrations and supply–demand alignment.
• Identify new opportunities and launch innovative initiatives to grow our presence.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners in the ecosystem.

What you bring:

• 4+ years' experience in programmatic advertising.
• Strong expertise in DSP/SSP integrations, OpenRTB, Prebid, Header Bidding.
• Strategic, results-driven mindset with commercial and negotiation strength.
• Fluent English; additional languages and an industry network are strong pluses.
