So, what's the job?

We're looking for an Office Manager to fully own our office operations and create a warm, well-organized, and welcoming environment for everyone at Guardio. You'll be part of the People team and play a key role in making sure the little things that keep our workplace running feel seamless.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with people, thrives on keeping things in order, and genuinely cares about making others feel supported and comfortable.

You will:

  • Own and manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities, maintenance, food, supplies, deliveries, and more
  • Oversee and coordinate all office-related vendors, including cleaning, supplies, maintenance, parking, and food services
  • Be the face of the office, sitting at the front desk, welcoming employees, visitors, candidates, and suppliers, and making sure everything runs smoothly
  • Support the execution of company activities, team events, happy hours, holiday gifts, and internal updates (you won't plan them, but you'll help make them happen)
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, making sure everything is organized, ready, and thoughtful
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure vendors are paid correctly and on time
  • Be a go-to person for employee needs and wellbeing, with an open door and a helpful attitude

  • Have 1-2 years of experience as an Office Manager in a fast-paced environment (startup experience is a plus)
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and great at managing multiple moving parts
  • Have strong communication and collaboration skills. you're approachable, patient, and clear
  • Enjoy working with people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly even under pressure
  • Are fluent in both spoken and written English
