We are seeking a proactive IT and Compliance Administrator to support our IT infrastructure and

help maintain security and compliance standards. This role involves assisting with IT audits, providing

IT support across departments, and overseeing hardware and information assets.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Administration & Security


• Maintain and support Windows and Linux workstations, ensuring smooth operation and

security updates.


• Oversee hardware inventory and asset management, ensuring proper tracking,

maintenance, and disposal of IT equipment.


• Review detections, vulnerabilities, and security incidents, ensuring timely investigation

and resolution.


• Manage firewalls and other network infrastructure, ensuring security, performance, and

compliance with company policies.

Compliance & Security Audits


• Extract and analyze compliance-related information from vendors.


• Assist with internal security audits.


• Maintain documentation for audits, policies, and IT procedures.


• Manage information assets.

IT Support & Ticketing


• Provide IT support for all departments, resolving technical issues promptly.


• Work with YouTrack to manage and track IT-related issues and requests.


• Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up accounts, devices, and access

permissions.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Familiarity with Windows and Linux system administration.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Experience with ticketing systems (YouTrack or similar).


• Strong communication skills for cross-department IT support.


• Basic knowledge of hardware asset management and information asset security.


• Awareness of firewall and network infrastructure management.

Nice to Have:


• Experience with XDR and MDM solutions for endpoint security and device management.


• Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Bash scripting for automation and administrative tasks.


• Prior experience in IT security or compliance roles.
