Company Description
GenOr builds agentic AI for mission-critical workflows—auditing, invoicing, compliance, financial ops, and decisions where reliability matters more than anything else. Our tech is already powering government-grade automations (including judge-level decisions at RAK Courts) with accuracy that beats human experts.
We're now hiring our first Head of Growth to build the growth + revenue engine from the ground up. This is not a "run campaigns" role. This is own the pipeline, own the deals, own the GTM, own the revenue.
The Role
You will be the force that scales GenOr.
You will design the GTM strategy, build the outbound engine, manage enterprise accounts, run demand gen experiments, and close the first wave of big customers.
You will work directly with the CEO and CTO on positioning, pricing, vertical expansion, narrative, and the playbooks that define our growth trajectory.

What You'll Do
- Build the Revenue Engine
- Own pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and revenue targets
- Create GenOr's outbound + ABM motion from scratch
- Build a repeatable enterprise sales process (from first touch → pilot → expansion)
- Lead customer accounts and turn pilots into long-term, high-value partnerships
- Set the GTM Strategy
- Define ICPs, verticals, and high-value workflows to attack first
- Craft messaging, positioning, and narratives that win enterprise trust
- Own pricing, packaging, and ROI storytelling
- Develop all sales enablement assets (case studies, one-pagers, ROI decks, objection handling)
Drive Demand & Growth
- Launch targeted outbound + inbound experiments across channels
- Test messaging, channels, verticals, and loops with fast iteration cycles
- Build content, thought leadership, events, and partner motions
- Represent GenOr at executive meetings, conferences, and ecosystem events
Build the Systems
- Implement CRM, dashboards, analytics, and a clean funnel
- Set up the reporting and forecasting infrastructure
- Document playbooks so the future team can scale what you built
Who You Are
- Experience in B2B SaaS growth, enterprise sales, or GTM
- Built 0→1 growth or sales functions before
- Proven ability to close enterprise deals and run multi-stakeholder cycles
- Hands-on executor: you can write outbound copy, build landing pages, run campaigns, and jump into CRM workflows
- Analytical operator who loves metrics, dashboards, and funnel clarity
- Excellent communicator with confidence in front of executives
- Thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and owns outcomes
