AI & automation have made sending emails free & easy, which means everyone's inbox is now full of garbage. In this world, relationships become exponentially more important.Because who you know dictates who you can sell to.Draftboard is the world's first autonomous warm-intro engine - it identifies who in your network is best positioned to make an intro to your prospects. And early users are already telling us it's the most effective outreach tool they've ever used.The spark is there. Now we need someone who can turn it into a repeatable, scalable growth machine.This is our first - ourfounding- growth hire. You'll work directly with the founder, own the full growth stack, and be responsible for finding - and scaling - the channels that actually drive pipeline.What you'll ownBuild a repeatable, scalable acquisition engine to drive the adoption of warm intros as the new default GTM motion.You will:Rapid-test channels: LinkedIn content & distribution, influencer partnerships, founder-led amplification, targeted warm-intro campaigns, paid experiments, events, podcasts, SEO/GEO, etc.Throw away 80% of tests. Double down on the 20% that move the needle.Treat Draftboard as your personal superpower - dogfood the hell out of it and turn your learnings into growth loops.Build and maintain a lightweight growth operating system: analytics, dashboards, funnels, and simple attribution that guides decisions.Help define messaging + positioning as the category gets created in real time.Turn early spark → predictable top-of-funnel → repeatable engine.Your job is not to "run campaigns."Your job is to find the channels that work - and scale them ruthlessly.Who you are4–8 years in growth or GTM at an early-stage startup (
