Head of Marketing – Solara AI

Solara AI is a next-generation autonomous marketing engine used by SMBs, creators, agencies, and ecommerce brands. We're entering an aggressive growth phase, and we're looking for a killer Head of Marketing
—a strategist, operator, and creator in one—to take Solara from early traction to
100K MRR and beyond
.
This is not a "manager" role.
This is a
growth commander
role.
Role Description
As the Head of Marketing at Solara AI, you will architect and execute the entire growth machine—from brand narrative to performance funnels, from influencer partnerships to viral product loops. You will work side-by-side with the founders to transform Solara into the global category leader for autonomous marketing.
You will:
- Own the full demand-gen engine across
paid, organic, influencers, creators, PR, and product-led growth
. - Turn Solara's unique capabilities (AI websites, digital twins, 24/7 DM agent, SEO, ads) into
high-converting stories, videos, and campaigns
. - Build and lead a
high-performance growth team
(creators, analysts, media buyers, content editors). - Craft a global brand narrative that positions Solara as the
#1 AI growth companion for SMBs
. - Continuously analyze data, user behavior, funnel leaks, and market trends to drive
rapid, compounding growth
. - Own experiments, rapid iteration, and shipping fast.
- Drive measurable outcomes—
signups, activation, CAC reduction, conversion, retention, and revenue
.
This role is for someone who lives and breathes growth. Someone who wants to build a unicorn, not manage one.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Execution
- Build Solara's marketing engine from 0 → 1 → 100.
- Design scalable acquisition funnels for SMBs, agencies, creators, ecommerce.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube.
- Define messaging for top-of-funnel, mid-funnel, and conversion.
2. Brand & Creative Leadership
- Turn complex AI capabilities into simple, emotional, "I need this now" stories.
- Oversee creation of ads, landing pages, case studies, and founder-led content.
- Lead creative direction for video scripts, hooks, and AI avatar campaigns.
3. Influencer & Community Growth
- Build long-term relationships with tech influencers, founders, and AI creators.
- Own affiliate and ambassador programs at scale.
- Launch viral challenges, product walkthroughs, and UGC loops.
4. Product-Led Growth
- Work with product to improve onboarding, activation, virality, cross-sells.
- Define growth loops around AI website builder, content generator, avatar videos, weekly plans.
- Collaborate with engineering to ship growth features fast.
5. Data, Analytics, and Optimization
- Own CAC, LTV, ROAS, activation %, conversion to paid, churn.
- Build dashboards and weekly insights for the founders.
- Constantly test, break, and optimize everything.
6. Leadership
- Build and manage a high-performance growth team.
- Align marketing, sales, product, support, and content.
- Set ruthless priorities based on impact.
Qualifications – The "Killer" Profile
The ideal candidate is:
A full-stack marketer
Comfortable in strategy, storytelling, analytics, and hands-on execution.
A proven growth operator
- Has scaled a SaaS or AI product
from early stage to significant revenue

- Lives inside performance dashboards, not PowerPoints.

Required Skills
- 5–10 years in SaaS / Tech / AI marketing (startup experience is a MUST)
- Strong experience in paid acquisition & CRO
- Strong experience creating or managing high-performing video/content
- High-level research ability across competitors, market trends, and user needs
- Data-driven thinking with mastery of analytics tools
- Leadership and team-building experience
Bonus
- Experience with AI tools (OpenAI, HeyGen, Runway, BFL)
- Experience launching global multi-channel campaigns
- Strong network in the influencer/creator ecosystem
