Zengo is looking for an experienced, hands-on Head of Marketing & Communications to lead our global marketing, brand, communications, and growth efforts. This role drives our dual-market strategy across high-scale B2C acquisition and enterprise-grade B2B demand generation, and plays a key part in shaping Zengo's next stage of growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead all B2C marketing efforts: user acquisition, performance, CRM, lifecycle, activation, retention, creative, content, and campaigns.
  • Own the marketing strategy for Zengo Business (B2B): demand generation for SMBs/SMEs, paid programs, content funnels, ABM, events, and partnerships.
  • Manage corporate and product communications, PR, announcements, media/influencer relations, and thought leadership.
  • Oversee content strategy across B2C & B2B, community initiatives, and unified company messaging.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing & communications team.
  • Run marketing operations, budgeting, analytics, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Sales, Compliance, and Growth.

Who We're Looking For

A strategic yet execution-driven marketing leader with strong experience across both B2C and B2B. Someone who can craft a compelling brand narrative, build scalable marketing engines, elevate Zengo's presence, and deliver measurable business impact.

Must-Have Experience

  • 6+ years of marketing leadership within high-growth tech companies.
  • Significant experience in BOTH B2C and B2B marketing — ideally having: Scaled a consumer mobile or fintech product, and Built or led B2B demand gen engines (0→1M or 1M→scale).
  • Proven track record owning marketing strategy, hiring teams, and managing multi-disciplinary functions.
  • Strong command of digital acquisition, funnel optimization, analytics, and campaign measurement.
  • Direct experience with PR, media relations, crisis comms, and corporate communications.
  • Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and narrative-building skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Nice-to-Have

  • Crypto, blockchain, or fintech domain experience.
  • Experience with MPC, security products, or developer-oriented ecosystems.
