Sales and Business Development Manager

Key Requirements: Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets;
Over 3 years of previous experience in sales & business development;
Experience in the tech industry;
Experience creating and managing a sales funnel and conducting meetings independently;
Experience working with LinkedIn;
Experience working with contracts;
Strong analytical skills;
Curiosity, fast thinking, and the ability to think outside the box;
The company's office is located in Haifa, with the possibility of remote work and the need to come to the office twice a week.;
Conduct end-to-end sales cycles, showcasing product value through presales, engaging demonstrations, and adept contract negotiation;
Fluency in Hebrew is required;
English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Identifying new business opportunities in the market;
Creating relationships with potential clients and recruiting them;
Building a network of strategic and business connections;
Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
Handling sales agreements and contracts;
Reporting sales progress and milestones to management;
Analyzing sales data to identify improvement areas;
Keeping up-to-date with technology trends and market developments;
Collaborating closely with HR and CSM teams for recruitment;
Bringing ideas for product and service improvements to team meetings;
Managing records and documenting sales activities;
Using CRM systems to track sales activities and generate periodic reports for management;
Deep understanding of the company's sales and business development processes to support decision-making;
Reporting directly to the CEO
