We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive
Junior Advertising Coordinator
to join a Marketing Department in Northern Tel Aviv. This hands-on role is ideal for a results-driven professional with at least one year of relevant experience who excels at project management and working with diverse stakeholders.

Full-Time (Hybrid Model: 4 days office, 1 day Work From Home)

The Role & Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the seamless execution of our advertising and marketing projects:

  • Project Management:
    Full ownership of planning, managing, and executing various marketing projects from brief to completion.
  • Brief Development:
    Conducting needs assessments and writing precise, effective marketing briefs.
  • Traffic Management:
    Daily management of department traffic, task prioritization, and routing briefs for treatment.
  • Supplier Relations:
    Ongoing coordination and communication with external vendors (e.g., advertising agencies, media companies).
  • Budget & Administration:
    Working with the advertising budget, processing invoices, and financial tracking.
  • Analysis & Reporting:
    Generating and analyzing performance reports to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Education:
    Academic degree recognized by the Council for Higher Education –
    Mandatory.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of
    one year of experience
    in a marketing role or at an advertising/media agency.
  • Writing Skills:
    Proven knowledge and experience in
    Marketing Writing.
