Assistant Manager Compensation And Benefits

  • Pay – $3,800.00 monthly + bonus based on store goals.

Assistant Manager Qualifications

  • Sales-driven person - A dedicated individual with a proven track record of achieving or overachieving sales goals.
  • Bilingual - English and Spanish
  • Open schedule - willing to work long hours.
  • Driver´s License - valid with a clean record.
  • Able to pass a drug test and background check.

Experience
– 3+ years of Supervisory / Management experience.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities

  • Interview, hire, train, and direct the work of sales associates for appropriate headcount needs.
  • Establish goals and monitor the performance of all sales consultants.
  • Implement Store's monthly sales plan consistent with territory goals and objectives and sales forecasts.
  • Work closely with Territory Manager to create and deliver store's specific marketing initiatives.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by managing, coaching, and training the sales team to achieve optimum performance for the store.
