Our personal assistant services handle tasks such as handling bureaucracy, automotive matters, daily arrangements, deliveries, equipment orders, household management, coordinating suppliers and service personnel, special events, diary management, bookkeeping, human resources, marketing, and more. With Hasherut, you can focus on important matters while we manage your to-do list.
Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Personal Assistant located in Savyon, with some work from home also permissible. The Personal Assistant will manage daily errands and tasks, handle diary management, coordinate suppliers and services, and assist with special projects and events. Responsibilities also include managing communications, executing administrative assistance tasks, and performing clerical duties.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Communication skills and efficient Management capabilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with bookkeeping or human resources is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
