We're hiring a
highly organized and proactive personal assistant
to support our Ice Cream Marketing team.

This is a
hands-on operational role
– ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and values structure, collaboration, and getting things done.

The role is part of a newly established setup, so there's plenty to build and organize – a great fit for someone who enjoys shaping processes and creating clarity, without being overwhelmed.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate logistics for brand activities and events
  • Manage calendars, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Handle purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking (Coupa)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
  • Keep things running efficiently and accurately – even under pressure

What you'll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in admin or marketing coordination (from a mid-large company)
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong Excel & Office skills
  • High level English and Hebrew- mandatory
  • Experience with procurement systems (such as Coupa) – a plus
  • Joyful spirit and great communication, multitasking, and attention to detail skills.
