We're hiring a Junior Marketing Operations Manager who is ready to make waves through data, impact and creativity

We work with some of the top apps in the gaming, fintech, and e-commerce verticals across different markets, including Japan, China, Russia, the USA, and South Korea.

We help with their user acquisition and retargeting growth efforts and provide data-driven insights based on our predictive models, which process over 4 million transactions a second and have more than 70 data points.

We seek a junior marketing operations manager who will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives across multiple domains, with a "hands-on" approach, context-switching ability, and analytical mindset for our HQ in the Science Park of
Rehovot

(Work model of 1-2 days from home after training).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Global Events
    : Liaise with conference organizers, coordinate with vendors, maintain relationships with partners to host webinars, events, and cross-posting.
  • Content creation and distribution
    : Update and maintain content on our website and social media, ensuring quality publication of case studies, blog posts, and occasionally our product glossary for our B2B audience.
  • Digital assets and online visibility
    : Manage campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.
  • Sales enablement
    : Update media kits, sales presentations, and client-specific creative assets.
  • Product Support:
    Provide ad-hoc support and collaborate with external design and R&D resources, development coordination, QA processes, and overall support.

Desired skills and qualifications:

  • Up to 4 years of experience in marketing operations/ marketing project management.
  • Near-Native proficiency level in English for daily communication and content writing.
  • Ability to understand, use and present statistical/ numerical data.
  • Highest level of attention to details and QA of content.
  • Accountability, drive, proactive problem-solving, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities in a global environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with mobile marketing / UA / gaming - a major plus
