We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Head of Sales Operations to lead and optimize our Revenue Operations function. This role is pivotal in aligning cross-functional teams: Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive predictable growth, operational efficiency, and revenue performance. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable processes, managing revenue systems, and delivering insights that support strategic decision-making.

This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave, but the Position may be extended or converted to a permanent role depending on business needs and candidate performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Strategy Execution: Drive the operational rhythm of the revenue organization, ensuring alignment across the full customer lifecycle, from lead generation to retention and expansion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with the CRO and the rest of the sales team. Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to streamline workflows, improve handoffs, and eliminate silos.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the revenue funnel and implement improvements to enhance conversion rates, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Data & Analytics: Own revenue reporting and forecasting. Maintaining and developing dashboards and tracking KPIs to evaluate performance and support strategic planning.
  • Technology Stack Management: Oversee the implementation and optimization of the company's CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics tools to ensure data integrity and usability.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Support accurate pipeline forecasting and scenario planning in collaboration with Sales and Finance.
  • Enablement & Training: Develop and deliver training to ensure teams are equipped to use tools and follow processes effectively.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, preferably in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience actively managing and optimizing sales operations processes, tools, and data, with direct involvement in day-to-day execution and problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data modelling, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and RevOps AI tools, and ability to create low-code automations and understand system configurations and integrations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change.
  • Fluent in English, and willing to work with a US-based Sales Team.
