ניהול יומן מנכ"ל: תיאום פגישות, זימון ישיבות ומעקב שוטף.

ניהול לוחות זמנים של חדרי ישיבות, תיאום והקצאה בהתאם לצורכי החברה.

אחריות על אירוח וישיבות: הזמנת כיבוד, סידור חדרי ישיבות, תמיכה לוגיסטית.

ניהול צוות הניקיון במשרד – תיאום משימות, בקרה שוטפת ושמירה על סדר ותחזוקה.

תיאום והזמנת טיסות עבור כלל עובדי החברה – עבודה מול סוכנויות נסיעות, מלונות וספקים בארץ ובחו"ל.

אחריות על תחום רכבי החברה – מעקב תחזוקה, רישוי, ביטוחים והקצאת רכבים לעובדים.

עבודה עם מערכת ERP (Priority): תמיכה בצוות המכירות, הפקת דו"חות, הזנת נתונים.

הזנת דרישות רכש במערכת וניהול תהליך אישורים ורכש שוטף.

סיוע למחלקת משאבי אנוש: הזנת נתונים במערכת HR, עדכון שעות נוכחות, ליווי תהליכי קליטה .

דרישות:

ניסיון אדמיניסטרטיבי קודם – לפחות 3 שנים בתפקיד דומה, עדיפות מחברות טכנולוגיה או תעשייה.

שליטה גבוהה באנגלית – קריאה, כתיבה, ניסוח ודיבור.

ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכת Priority או מערכת ERP אחרת – יתרון משמעותי.

שליטה מלאה ביישומי Office (בדגש על Outlook, Excel).

סדר, ארגון, שירותיות ויכולת עבודה עצמאית בסביבה מרובת משימות.

יחסי אנוש מצוינים, דיסקרטיות ויוזמה.
