The Role:

As a
Field Sales Representative
, you will be the face of HAAT on the ground – building relationships, closing deals, and expanding our network of restaurants, markets, and vendors. You'll play a key role in growing our marketplace, ensuring that partners see the full value of joining HAAT.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Identify and acquire new restaurant and market partners - Engage with food businesses, non-food stores, build relationships, and present HAAT's value proposition.
  • Conduct sales meetings & negotiations - Pitch HAAT to potential partners, overcome objections, and close deals.
  • Onboard new partners - Guide restaurants through the sign-up process, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform.
  • Develop long-term relationships - Maintain and strengthen partnerships with existing clients to maximize their success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams - Work closely with operations, marketing, and support teams to enhance partner experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets - Consistently meet sales KPIs and contribute to HAAT's business growth.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years of field sales / B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in restaurant, food delivery, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven sales track record.
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with company objectives.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • High energy, persistence, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in Arabic, Hebrew and English.
  • Valid driver's license.
