Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Sales Representative to drive growth and revenue for our time clock software solution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in strategic sales, with a deep understanding of the software industry and a strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share

Identify and target key accounts and verticals for business development opportunities

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts

Conduct in-depth needs analysis and solution presentations to demonstrate the value of our software

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales quotas

Track and report on sales performance metrics using CRM software

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Proven track record of success in strategic sales, preferably in the software industry

Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex customer requirements

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
