Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer of high-quality leads for new customers from existing lists/CRM and through proactive outreach across the web.
- Continuous and consistent follow-up with leads, even after meetings with sales representatives.
- Proactive actions to identify new opportunities and generate personal leads on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
- At least one years of prior experience in telephone sales / appointment scheduling – a must (advantage for B2B).
- Excellent persuasion skills.
- High-level communication skills.
- Quick learning and application ability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Initiative and motivation for success.
