We are seeking a Project Manager for a development and procurement project of a loitering munition system at the Missile Assembly Plant within the Missile and Space Systems Division.

The position includes:

  • Contract Management: Manage existing contracts and maintain relationships with current customers.
  • Project Leadership: Lead a technology-intensive loitering munition project.
  • Business Development: Support the marketing department in pursuing future deals with new customers.
  • Concept Development: Develop new concepts based on customer needs.
  • Marketing: Lead marketing efforts for existing customers.
  • Project Control: Oversee project goals, budget, work hours, and work plans.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage relationships with internal and external subcontractors.
  • Partnerships: Create collaborations with potential contractors and partners.
  • Serial Production: Take responsibility for the serial production phase.
  • Cost Modeling: Be accountable for the system's cost model.
  • Demonstrations: Conduct demonstrations and concept presentations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aeronautics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering – Required.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a project manager for a technology project with a scope exceeding $10 million – Required.

The Missile Assembly Plant designs, plans, and develops a wide range of missile systems, including naval attack, loitering munitions, guided and precision munitions, and short-range defense systems. The work environment is modern, at the forefront of technology for developing aircraft and corresponding control and launch systems.
