About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery PMO to join our team. In this role, you'll be the central orchestrator of our project delivery, ensuring our teams have the resources and clear plans needed to succeed. If you're passionate about optimizing processes, mitigating risks, and driving projects to timely completion, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

Plan and Optimize Project Schedules: Develop, manage, and optimize detailed Gantt charts and resource allocations to ensure projects are delivered on time. Track progress against baselines and proactively adjust plans to navigate potential delays.

Manage Resource Allocation: Maintain a clear overview of resource utilization across all projects. Forecast future needs, identify potential over- or under-utilization, and collaborate with team leads to balance workloads effectively.

Proactively Identify and Mitigate Risks: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats to delivery timelines. Raise flags early, develop contingency plans, and communicate potential impacts to stakeholders.

Drive Process Improvement through Data Analysis: Analyze project performance data to identify inefficiencies, trends, and bottlenecks. Propose and lead initiatives to optimize our delivery processes, improving overall efficiency and predictability.

Facilitate Key Meetings: Lead critical planning sessions to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with Project Managers, Team Leads, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and resource availability. 

Requirements:

  • At least one  year of project planning experience in dynamic, fast-paced, global environments - a must
  • Strong understanding of resource planning, allocation, and optimisation principles and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Jira - extreme advantage
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Great communication and presentation skills - Hebrew and English, written and spoken
  • Experience working with multiple entities, managing cross-functional collaborations effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive Mindset: A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset.
